Thinking of Skipping Your Workout?



Regardless of what time you workout, motivation can be a struggle. I choose to workout at 5:30am most days because it doesn’t give me the chance to procrastinate on it later in the day. It doesn’t happen every day, sure. But most days, I make myself get up when that alarm goes off. I don’t let myself fall into the skipping your workout trap.

The next time you are thinking of skipping your workout, think of these motivational quotes/images instead. In no time, you’ll be donning those running shoes and pushing play on your workout. You’ll be so glad that you did, once it is over. Go and get it done, ladies.
