I love running, after my second child was born I got really into it and I like to run still whenever the weather here in Iowa cooperates. Running is a great workout because you need very little in order to get started with it.

A good pair of tennis shoes is really the only equipment required to start running. There’s tons of health benefits, plus it’s a great release for stress. Add that to the beauty of nature, which you’ll get to enjoy by being outside, and running is a great option for any mom!
